국내 COVID-19 위험 상황을 알리는 지표가 역대급이란 기사가 눈에 띱니다!
8일 0시 기준 신규 확진자 수는 7175명으로
코로나19가 국내에 들어온 이후 역대 최고치를 기록했습니다.
전날까지 일주일 동안 5천 명 안팎이던
신규 확진자가 6천명을 건너뛰고 단숨에 7천명으로 늘어났으니 말입니다!
또한, 840명의 중증 환자들이 있어 800명의 벽을 깼습니다.
사망자 수는 하루 만에 63명이 증가해 4천명을 넘어섰습니다.(4020명 이라고 합니다)
김부겸 국무총리는 중앙재난안전대책본부 회의에서
"지난주 5000명을 넘어섰고 오늘 7000명을 넘어섰는데 확산이 무섭다"며
"그 여파로 의료대응능력이 급속히 소진되고 있다"고 말했습니다.
의료 대응의 지속가능성 확보를 위해 정부가
환자 중심의 홈케어를 획기적으로 개선하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
"병원뿐만 아니라 진료소까지 확대하여 행정 지원 인력을 확충하고 의료기관을 강화할 것입니다."
예상보다 빠른 전염병에 놀란 정부도 후속 대책 마련을 서두르고 있습니다.
방역당국은 이날 "국내 홈케어 비중이 해외에 비해 아직 미미하다"며 이를 더 확대하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
치료기간 10일에서 7일로 단축, 보건소 추가 가정치료,
가정치료 의료인프라 확충, 자가용 차량과 검역 택시로 교통수단 확대,
예방접종자 추가 생계비 지원 등 다양한 대책을 마련했습니다.

"일상적인 의료대응체계 구축을 위한 재정책 치료 개선 방안"이라고 밝혔습니다."
가정치료 관찰기관을 10일에서 7일로 단축하여 의료 기반시설을 확보한다!
가장 눈에 띄는 조치는 가정 치료 기간을 단축하는 것입니다.
당초 원격의료는 의료기관에서 하루 두 차례씩 가정간호 수급자의 건강상태를 확인하기 위해
10일간 진행할 계획이었지만 효율적인 목적을 위해 기간이 7일로 줄었습니다.
남은 3일은 가정간호사가 자가 격리로 바꿀 예정입니다.
방역당국은 "1주일 정도 검역을 하면 감염력이 크게 떨어지고
바이러스가 살상될 것이라는 전문가들의 공감대를 바탕으로 결정했다"고 설명했습니다.
확진 환자가 가족 내에서 발생해 COVID-19 가정 치료를 받으면
일주일 뒤인 8일부터 공동방역자가 출근할 수 있게 됩니다.
이에 따라 가정치료사가 예방접종을 완료하거나
만 18세 미만일 경우 4인 가구 생활지원금 136만4920원을 지급하게 됩니다.
이날 브리핑은 앞서 발표된 확진자 수가 7천 명을 넘을 정도로 다소 무거웠습니다.
이런 속도로 확진자가 늘어나면 1만 명에 이를 수 있는데
의료 시스템이 이를 감당할 수 있을지 관심이 모아졌습니다.

"하지만 위독한 환자의 수를 1~2주 내에 줄여가 가능합니다."라는 의료현실!
방역당국은 확진환자 1만여 명에 대해서는 여전히 대응할 수 있지만
"1~2주 안에 중환자 규모를 유지하거나 줄이는 것이 중요하다"고 밝혔습니다.
지금처럼 침대가 부족한 것은 중증화율을 잘못 계산했기 때문이라고 인정했습니다.
근거가 뭐냐고 묻자 손반장은 최대 1만 명의 확진 환자를 처리할 수 있는 병상을 마련하겠다 밝혔지만
당초 1.6%의 중증화율 가정해 병상을 확보한 상태였습니다.
그러나, 현재 약 7,000명의 확진자가 발생한 상황에서 중증화율 2~2.5% 정도로 당초 추정했던 1.6%보다
다소 높다고 그는 설명했습니다.
"병상 확보를 위한 노력을 계속하고 있지만 의료인력 충원 한계로
확진자 1만명까지 병상을 확보할 수 있다"고 말했습니다.
다만 상당수의 추가 의학적 조정이 필요하다며 현재 중증환자를
최소 1~2주 내에 유지하거나 줄이는 것이 중요하다고 생각합니다."라고 말했습니다!!
"방역 강화 효과는 이번 주 이후 추이를 봐야"

추가 백신 접종, 고령층 3차 접종 등이 2주 전 정도 부터 본격적으로

The quarantine authorities said they can still respond to 10,000 confirmed patients, but "It is important to maintain or reduce the size of critically ill patients within a week or two." He admitted that the shortage of beds as it is now was due to the wrong calculation of the severity rate.
When asked what the basis was, Son had said he would prepare beds that could handle up to 10,000 confirmed patients, but he had initially recruited and secured beds assuming a 1.6 percent severe rate. However, with about 7,000 confirmed cases currently occurring, the severity rate is around 2-2.5%, slightly higher than the 1.6% originally assumed, he explained.
He said, "We are continuing to make efforts to secure beds, but due to the limitation of recruiting medical personnel, up to 10,000 confirmed patients can be secured." However, more confirmed patients said that a considerable number of additional medical adjustments are needed, adding, "I think it is important to keep or reduce the current number of critically ill patients within at least one to two weeks."
◇ "The effect of strengthening quarantine will not be long after this week".
Regarding whether the number of confirmed cases will exceed 10,000, Son predicted, "It is difficult to say that the current forecast data is just like this because there are many variables." Asked when the strengthening of quarantine, which has been implemented since this week, will be effective, he said, "We will not be able to expect the effect until this week."
"Currently, measures to strengthen social distancing have been implemented since this week, and additional vaccinations and tertiary vaccinations for the elderly have been rising in earnest since two to three weeks ago," he added.
"As the number of confirmed elementary, middle, and high school students has been recording 1,000 for four days, there are growing calls for a non-face-to-face class transition," he said. "Many pointed out that it is important to continue daily face-to-face classes until the end."
He explained, "We honestly hope that we can continue to open the school, and to this end, we are asking you to get some vaccinations and taking various measures such as expanding quarantine passes."
Regarding the fact that elderly people's health conditions often deteriorate rapidly before being transferred to hospitals during home treatment, authorities said it is difficult to use them as a standard because of differences in health conditions.
"It is too much to judge whether the elderly are hospitalized as an age itself because it can uniformly exclude the health status, vaccination, and wishes of the elderly," Son said. "We will continue to adjust it by listening to the problems that are occurring and opinions of various experts."
