어떤 우주의 모습을 비춰줄까요?
우선, 사진부터 감상하시죠! 이 멋진 사진의 제목은 Full Moon, Full Mars 입니다.
NASA에서 공식적으로 제공한 설명을 보시죠. On December 8 a full Moon and a full Mars were close, both bright and opposite the Sun in planet Earth's sky. In fact Mars was occulted, passing behind the Moon when viewed from some locations across Europe and North America. Seen from the city of Kosice in eastern Slovakia, the lunar occultation of Mars happened just before sunrise. The tantalizing spectacle was recorded in this telescopic timelapse sequence of exposures. It took about an hour for the Red Planet to disappear behind the lunar disk and then reappear as a warm-hued full Moon, the last full Moon of 2022, sank toward the western horizon. The next lunar occultation of bright planet Mars will be in the new year on January 3, when the Moon is in a waxing gibbous phase. Lunar occultations are only ever visible from a fraction of the Earth's surface, though. The January 3 occultation of Mars will be visible from parts of the South Atlantic, southern Africa, and the Indian Ocean. 12월 8일, 보름달과 보름달이 지구의 하늘에서 태양의 반대편과 밝고 가까이 있었다. 사실 화성은 유럽과 북아메리카의 일부 지역에서 볼 때 달 뒤를 지나며 가려져 있었다. 슬로바키아 동부의 코시체 시에서 바라본 화성의 달 엄폐 현상은 일출 직전에 일어났다. 감질나는 안경은 이 망원경의 시간 경과 노출 시퀀스에 기록되었다. 붉은 행성이 달 원반 뒤로 사라졌다가 2022년 마지막 보름달인 따뜻한 색조의 보름달이 서쪽 지평선을 향해 가라앉으면서 다시 나타나는 데 약 1시간이 걸렸다. 밝은 행성 화성의 다음 달 엄폐는 1월 3일에 있을 것이며, 이 때는 달이 밀랍처럼 휘황찬란한 단계에 있을 것이다. 그러나 달 엄폐 현상은 지구 표면의 일부분에서만 볼 수 있다. 1월 3일 화성의 엄폐 현상은 남대서양, 아프리카 남부, 인도양의 일부 지역에서 볼 수 있을 것이다. 우주의 다양한 모습은 아름답습니다~
