구체적인 사항을 알아보겠습니다!

오늘(13일)부터 음식점과 카페 등 다중이용시설을 이용하려면

 

 

48시간 이내에 COVID-19 예방접종 증명서나
COVID-19 PCR 음성 확인서를 지참해야 합니다.

이를 위반하면 시설 이용자와 사업자 모두 과태료가 부과됩니다.

다만 일부 필수 시설의 경우 미접종자는 1명까지 예외로 인정됩니다.

중앙재난안전대책본부(CDC)에 따르면

음식점, 카페 등 다중이용시설에 적용되는 검역통과(예방접종 인증, 음성확인)

계도기간은 어제 0시를 기해 종료된다.

이에 따라 13일 0시부터 음식점과 카페 등

다중이용시설 16곳을 예방접종 없이 사용하다 적발되거나 PCR 검사 음성 판정이 나오면 과태료가 부과됩니다.

사용자는 10만원의 과태료가 부과되며,

고용주는 1차 위반 시 150만원, 2차 위반 시 300만원의 과태료가 부과됩니다.

(선량한 시민들을 범법자로 양산된다는 우려의 목소리가 큽니다)

검역지침을 위반한 다중이용시설은 1회 적발 시 10일간 운영중지 명령이 내려집니다.

2차 20일과 3일에는 3개월간의 영업정지 명령이 내려지고,

4차 위반 시 시설 폐쇄 명령이 내려집니다.

하지만 예방접종을 하지 않은 사람도 식당에서 혼자 식사를 할 수 있습니다.

예방접종을 하지 않은 사람 1명만 포함한 사적인 모임도 가능합니다.

 

중앙재난안전대책본부는

"검역패스를 적용하는 시설 중 식당과 카페는 비공개 모임의 범위 내에서 검역패스를

소지하지 않은 1인까지 예외로 인정된다"고 설명했습니다.

접종자 5명, 비수도권 미접종자 1명 접종자 7명, 비접종자 1명 등 수도권에서 비공개 모임이 허용됩니다.

2차 접종 후 180일이 지난 경우 3차 접종(부스터)은 완료해야 인정해야 합니다.

 

다만 돌파감염증 등 COVID-19 감염 이력이 있는 2차 예방접종을 완료한 사람은

2차 예방접종 후 180일이 지나도 2차 예방접종을 완료한 사람으로 인정됩니다.

Q: 접종 후 6개월이 지났다면, 검역 통과가 바로 인정되지 않나요?

A: 예방접종 인증서의 유효기간은 20일부터입니다.

2차 접종 후 이미 180일이 지난 경우 2차 접종 인증 유효기간이 20일 일괄 만료됩니다.
