Lights play around the horizon of this snowy little planet as it drifts through a starry night sky. Of course the little planet is actually planet Earth. Recorded on August 21, the digitally warped, nadir centered panorama covers nearly 360x180 degrees outside the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station, Antarctica. The southernmost research outpost is near the horizon at the top where the light of dawn is approaching after nearly six months of darkness. Along the bottom is the ceremonial pole marker surrounded by the 12 flags of the original signatories of the Antarctic treaty, with a wild display of the aurora australis above.

 

눈이 내리는 이 작은 행성의 지평선 주위에서 불빛이 반짝이는 밤하늘을 표류합니다. 물론 이 작은 행성은 사실 지구 행성입니다. 8월 21일에 기록된, 디지털로 뒤틀린, 나체 중심의 파노라마는 남극의 아문센-스코트 남극 정거장 밖에서 거의 360x180도를 덮고 있다. 최남단 연구 전초기지는 거의 6개월간의 어둠이 지나간 뒤 새벽빛이 다가오는 정상의 수평선 근처에 있다. 아래를 따라 남극 조약의 원래 서명국들의 12개의 깃발로 둘러싸인 의식용 장대 표지판이 있으며, 위에는 오로라 오스트랄리스의 야생 전시가 있다.

 

우주의 다양한 모습은 아름답습니다~ 그리고 광활하며 거대합니다. 형형색색 변화하며 살아있는 듯한 느낌을 주네요~ 가볼 수는 없지만 이렇게 사진으로 볼 수 있어서 좋네요!
