어떤 우주의 모습을 비춰줄까요?
우선, 사진부터 감상하시죠! 이 멋진 사진의 제목은 Orion and the Ocean of Storms 입니다.
NASA에서 공식적으로 제공한 설명을 보시죠. A camera on board the uncrewed Orion spacecraft captured this view on December 5 as Orion approached its return powered flyby of the Moon. Below one of Orion's extended solar arrays lies dark, smooth, terrain along the western edge of the Oceanus Procellarum. Prominent on the lunar nearside Oceanus Procellarum, the Ocean of Storms, is the largest of the Moon's lava-flooded maria. The lunar terminator, shadow line between lunar night and day, runs along the left of the frame. The 41 kilometer diameter crater Marius is top center, with ray crater Kepler peeking in at the edge, just right of the solar array wing. Kepler's bright rays extend to the north and west, reaching the dark-floored Marius. Of course the Orion spacecraft is now headed toward a December 11 splashdown in planet Earth's water-flooded Pacific Ocean. 12월 5일 오리온 우주선에 탑승한 카메라가 오리온이 달의 귀환 동력 플라이바이에 접근할 때 이 광경을 포착했다. 오리온자리의 확장된 태양열 중 하나 아래에는 오션투스 프로켈라룸의 서쪽 가장자리를 따라 어둡고 매끄러운 지형이 있다. 폭풍의 바다인 오세아니아 프로셀라룸 근처의 달에서 두드러지는 것은 달의 용암이 넘쳐나는 마리아 중 가장 큰 것이다. 달의 밤과 낮 사이의 그림자 선인 달 터미네이터는 프레임의 왼쪽을 따라 달린다. 지름 41킬로미터의 분화구 마리우스는 태양열 날개 바로 오른쪽 가장자리에 있는 광선 분화구 케플러가 들여다보고 있는 가운데 꼭대기에 있다. 케플러의 밝은 빛은 북쪽과 서쪽으로 뻗어 있으며, 어두운 바닥의 마리우스까지 도달한다. 물론 오리온 우주선은 현재 12월 11일 지구의 물에 잠긴 태평양에서 물보라가 치는 방향으로 향하고 있다. 우주의 다양한 모습은 아름답습니다~
그리고 광활하며 거대합니다. 형형색색 변화하며 살아있는 듯한 느낌을 주네요~ 가볼 수는 없지만 이렇게 사진으로 볼 수 있어서 좋네요!
