16일 현재 우리나라 하루 요인수 생산량이 하루 평균 사용량을 초과한 것으로 나타났습니다.
정부는 16일 이억원 기획재정부 1차관 주재로 '요소수 수급 관련 범부처 합동 대응회의'를

열어 위와 같이 발표를 했습니다.

기재부에 따르면 요소수 생산량은 지난

13일 49만6천ℓ,

14일 42만6천ℓ 였지만

15일 68만3천ℓ를 기록했습니다.

국내 하루 평균 소비량 60만ℓ가 넘는 것은 사건발생 이후 처음 있는 일입니다.

정부는 당장 100여 개 요소수 판매에 주유소가 공급되는 것과 관련해

국토교통부를 중심으로 주유소에 연락해 재고 부족을 즉각 보충하고 있습니다.

정부가 현장점검에서 파악한 차량용 요소 700t으로 생산 중인 180만ℓ는

100여 개 주유소에 순차적으로 공급되고 있습니다.

 

지난 14일까지 74개 주유소에 19만 4천 리터,

15일 63개 주유소에 15만 7천 리터가 배달됐는데

누적 35만 1천 리터가 공급됐습니다.

이밖에 16일에는 60개 주유소에 약 16만리터가 추가로 공급되었다고 합니다!

정부는 소분화용 포장제품 형태의 요소수 생산라인도 재개될 것으로 보고

지난 15일부터 일부 소분화용 요소수를 생산하고 있습니다.

자체 유통망을 통해 이미 100여개 주유소 외에 2000여개 주유소에

순차적으로 10ℓ 컨테이너 포장제품 2만7000박스(2만7000ℓ)를 공급했습니다.

현장점검에서 파악된 차량 요소 1800톤 가운데

11일까지 생산업체 9곳에 1100톤도 공급돼 요소 수가 생산되고 있습니다.

 

이 중 36만 4천 리터가 건설사와 주유소 등 최종 수요처에 공급되었습니다.

아울러 관계부처 협의를 거쳐 공공부문의 시급한 수요처인

우체국 물류 지원을 위해 2만2천리터를 지원하기로 했습니다.

요소수의 재고 현황도 공개되기 시작했습니다.

정부가 16일부터 매일 오후 2시와 8시 산업통상자원부,환경부, 국토교통부, 오피넷 홈페이지를 통해 요소수 판매

비차량 요소수를 차량 요소수로 전환하는 것이 적합한지 검토하기 위해

품질·환경·차량 안전성 검사를 실시하기로 했습니다.

이러한 테스트와 함께 두 가지 유형의 산업 요소에 대한 추가 기술 검토가 진행될 예정입니다.

 

요소수 생산 공장 - 롯데정밀화학

중국 1만8700t 중 일부인 차량 요소 3천t이 오는 19일 완공될 것으로 보입니다.

정부는 물량의 조기 통관을 지원하고 운송을 즉시 운영하는 방법을 확인하고 있습니다.

기존 요소와 요소 확보 외에도 차량용 60만ℓ 추가 요소를 베트남에서 구매해 내년 1월쯤 도착할 예정입니다.

이밖에도 환경부를 중심으로 31개 관계부처 합동단속반이

지난 8일부터 매일 현장점검을 벌이고 있으며,

경찰은 요소수 특별단속을 통해 코너링과 사기 등 147건을 수사하고 있습니다.

또한, 부족한 요소수를 해결하기 위해 산업용 요소수를 차량으로 전환할 수 있는지 테스트했지만

추가 검토가 필요하다는 결론을 내려졌다고 합니다!!

산업용 요소수를 차량용 요소수로 전환하여 사용시 대기오염물질 규제는 충족되지만

다른 환경 영향과 차량에 대한 안정성이 구체적으로 검증되지 않아 추가 실험이 필요하다고 합니다.

환경부 산하 국립환경과학원은 산업요소나 요소수를 차량요소수로 전환할 수 있는지를 실험한 결과

이 같은 결과가 16일 발표되었습니다.

차량 요소수(요소 농도 32.5%)에 맞춰 제작된 6개 시료와 고농도 2종을

이달 2일부터 배출량이 오염물질 배출 기준을 충족하는지 검토했습니다.

분석 결과 일산화탄소(CO), 질소산화물(NOx) 등 대기오염물질 규제기준이 모두 충족된 것으로 나타났습니다.
시중에 나와 있는 차량용 요소 수와 비교해도 대기오염물질 배출 농도는 대체로 비슷한 것으로 확인됐습니다.

 

시험 결과와 관련해 요소수 제조업체, 자동차 제조업체, 대기환경 전문가들은 산업용 요소수 사용이 질소산화물 저감촉매(SCR)에 미치는 환경 영향과 차량의 안전성을 보다 정확하게 평가하기 위해 추가 시험이 바람직하다고 제안했습니다.

The government has been producing some of the urea water for subdividing since the 15th, considering that the urea water production line in the form of packaged products for subdividing will also resume. Through its own distribution network, it has already supplied 27,000 boxes (27,000 liters) of 10-liter container packaging products sequentially to more than 2,000 gas stations other than 100 gas stations.

Of the 1,800 tons of vehicle elements identified during the on-site inspection, 1,100 tons were also supplied to nine producers by the 11th, and the number of elements is being produced. Of these, 364,000 liters have been supplied to final demand sources such as construction companies and gas stations. In addition, after consultation with related ministries, 22,000 liters will be provided to support post office logistics, an urgent source of demand among the public sectors.
